Mark Harrop
Director
With over 40 years of experience in the plumbing merchants' industry, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to Watermark Plumbing Supplies. His real passion is bathrooms, and he enjoys seeing how designs have progressed from the coloured suites of the eighties to the superb modern designs available today. Mark takes care of the showroom and the general running of the business. Outside work, he enjoys playing golf, watching football and tennis, and travelling when he can.
Sean Howard
Director
Sean has over 35 years of experience in the plumbing industry. Initially working as an installer, he now focuses on bathroom design and provides advice on technical issues that may arise. With extensive knowledge and practical experience, Sean helps customers make informed choices for their bathroom projects. Outside work, he enjoys live music festivals, motor racing and all things Portuguese.
Andy Young
Trade Counter Manager
Andy has worked in the plumbers' merchants industry for over 30 years and joined Watermark in 2011. Well respected within the industry, he is known for his commitment to customer service, which is always at the forefront of his approach. Andy oversees the trade counter, orders stock, and ensures customers receive excellent service. His hobbies include supporting Manchester United, home cooking and spending time with his family.
Keith White
Trade Counter Sales
Keith joined Watermark in 2019, having formerly worked with Mark many years ago. With over 35 years of experience in the industry, he has built lasting relationships throughout the plumbing trade. Keith supports the trade counter and takes care of after-sales issues and deliveries, helping customers receive a reliable service. Outside work, he enjoys cricket, darts and football.

Administration
Sarah leads the administrative team at Watermark, ensuring that her team prepares all quotations promptly and accurately. Often the first point of contact for clients, her friendly and professional approach helps create a positive customer experience from the very beginning.
John
Watermark Team
John is a key member of the Watermark team, ensuring installers have the necessary bathroom or heating and plumbing products and materials for each project. He also provides hands-on support to installation teams whenever needed, contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of every job.
